    • Field trips are most effective with groups of 40 students or fewer.

    • The Museum can accommodate up to 60 students maximum.

    • Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, we are requesting a $5 per student educational contribution for school field trips.

    • This contribution supports the Museum's Educational Access Fund and helps expand access to educational programs and resources.

    • The Heritage of the Americas Museum is committed to ensuring that all students have access to meaningful educational experiences.

    • No school will be denied participation if donations can’t be collected. The Educational Access Fund helps support Title I schools and other schools facing financial barriers.

    • Transportation funding may be available through ArtsBusXpress.

    • If ArtsBusXpress funding is unavailable, schools may contact the Museum Director regarding the Museum's Yellow School Bus Transportation Grant.

    • Admission fees for teachers and chaperones are waived.

    • We appreciate their role in supporting student learning during Museum visits.
